Before you purchase a puppy from us, there are questions that need to be answered, not only to us, but to yourself and family. Some puppies are show quality and some are companion quality. So you know up front, there is a significant price difference, between the two. 1. Have you personally cared for a new puppy and do you understand the work and time required, to raise a puppy? 2. Do you own your own home or rent? 3. What will be the living environment be for the puppy? 4. Is there a yard for the puppy to explore and use for exercise? 5. Is your household empty during the day, due to work or school? 6. If it is, how will you have the puppy cared for while you are away at work or school? 7. Do you understand that a puppy requires a lot of attention and care and cannot be left alone for extended periods of time, locked in a dog crate or other like device? 8. A puppy is not only time consuming but is also a financial burden, do you have the finances to properly care for the puppy, to include proper veterinary care if the puppy becomes sick? 9. If you have written to inquire about breeding rights of the puppy, do you fully understand the incredible amount of work, that is required to raise multiple puppies at the same time? 10. What experience do you have with raising a litter of puppies, from birth to selling the puppies? I understand that answering the above questions is time consuming and a slight burden, but I feel that if someone is unwilling to answer a few questions to purchase a puppy, then they should not own a puppy or don't fully understand the work required to raise a puppy. |
